This is the only bank with branches in all provinces (except Ratanakiri and Mundolkiri, but they are assessing the possibility). When you do business in Cambodia, it may be the most reliable and practical solution. The bank does not offer international credit cards, but international money transfer can be done by Western Union. This bank is grown out of a local NGO offering micro-credit to rural Cambodians.
