is not only the upper end of Phnom Penh luxury hotels, it is
arguably also the priciest. Le Royal is closely followed by the
Cambodiana, Intercontinental, Sunway, Phnom Penh hotel but I don't
know if that is the right order. SCANdinavia hotel and FCC Phnom
Penh are more "Boutique Hotels"
